TYM4CHANGE Wellness Service are a Community Support Service providing Social Supports and Advocacy to vulnerable community members who require in home support, transport, meals plus social and community support.

Our strong connection to the Community is through lived experiences and ability to connect with people.

We are passionate about supporting the community and we utilise evidence-based training developed to provide meaningful, positive, and wholesome holistic experiences to those who engage with their services.

TYM4CHANGE deliver culturally appropriate NDIS Services, specialised for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people with disabilities.

TYM4CHANGE provides supports that assist you with everyday activities, your needs and to work toward your goals. Our staff have a wide range of experience in providing supports for assistance with daily life and assistance with social and community participants.

Support Coordination  
TYM4CHANGE Support Coordinators can help people with disability and their carers by:

  • Helping you find the services and supports you want
  • Helping you to coordinate your services
  • Helping you raise concerns or problems you might have with your service provider
  • Provide support, guidance and ideas on how to make the most from your choices
  • Supporting you to find the best value options and manage your budget
  • Monitoring your NDIS plan and providing reports back to NDIA
  • Helping you get ready for when your plan and funding is reviewed
  • Plan Managed Participants ONLY* (Participants with Support Coordination as Plan-Managed in their NDIS Plan)

In home support work and community inclusion support work


We can help you to reach your goals in the home and in the community. 
These supports are provided by a support worker, which can help you to become more independent and active in the community. We can support you in areas such as transport, shopping, cleaning, personal care and social activities.

Beelya Boodja Mia – Arts & Cultural Centre

Provides all mediums of Arts & Crafts to Aboriginal people. These activities include Painting, Drawing, Traditional Weaving, Screen Printing, Sewing, Textiles, and Jewellery making. Our centre aims to deliver Cultural Healing Arts and Crafts workshops and sessions. Arts & Crafts Exhibitions are held four times per year.

Specialised Consultancy

TYM4CHANGE staff has spent over three decades representing Aboriginal Communities a key advisor on boards and in many advocacy roles throughout the region, including previously City of Armadale – Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander Advisory Committee, East Metropolitan Public Health Unit District Advisory Group, Department of Education and Training – Aboriginal Parent Support District, Noongar Land Council.

In addition, extensive qualifications in Aboriginal Community Management and Development, Mental Health and Business.
